The rooms here are well-equipped, offer great value for money, and come with a complimentary bottle, located in a quiet area with excellent transport links, a conservatory, and beautiful gardens.

The restaurant food was excellent, the rooms were small but very comfortable and well equipped. Staff could not have done any more, plenty of parking, nice area and a good spacious bar area.
The room was very warm and the lack of air conditioning will be a nightmare in the warm summer months.

Tranquil atmosphere. Pleasant staff who remembered my name from previous visits. Good parking. Good location on edge of London and in respect of motorway system.
Although my room was on the ground floor not brilliant for those with restricted mobility. I have an injury to my leg which meant climbing to the breakfast floor slightly awkward. I could not see any ramp system and anyone more disabled than my self would have found this really restricting.

Thoroughly enjoyed excellent breakfast, well furnished room.
The room was pretty nice and with nice beds. The location was nice and unbeatable, short walk to perfect for wedding photos, 'Miracles' Restaurant opposite Cockfosters Tube, and the M25 and Enfield, and the view was breathtaking.

Location
The standard of service. I ordered coffee with cream and received coffee with milk and despite booking an early morning call, I didn't get one! It was lucky that I woke up early in any case.

The bath - some hotels claim to have en-suite bathrooms and only have showers. I was pleased to find that the bathroom did indeed have a bath.
It was exceptionally noisy. There were loud people running around all night and no-one seemed to do anything about making them quiten down. I had a very disturbed night.
